When will my order be processed?

All orders will be processed and ship on the next business day after the order is place. Business days are considered as Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. After we process your order we will E-mail you a tracking number that you may find helpful in tracking your order. All packages are signature required. All packages will be shipped UPS Ground or United States Postal Service, which usually should arrive within 3-7 business days. This estimate is base on orders to be shipped to a destination within the continental United States, Excluding Porto Rico, Alaska, US Virgin Island and Hawaii. All international order will required additional shipping cost. You will received an email informing your the additional cost due if order is not being shipped to an address within the continental United States.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and E-Check through our Pay pal Payment System. If you do not have a credit card or checking account we do accept money order. To order with money order please print your order and mail your order along with your money order to:

All orders must be in US Funds. 

What is your return Policy?

Only items that have been purchased from this website can be returned under the following terms and conditions that governs our return policies.

All returns must be made within fifteen days of receiving the merchandise. We do not refund shipping charges, if you return merchandise for refund the actual shipping and handling charge, also a restocking fee will be deducted from your credit. This cost maybe more than what you were charged on your original invoice. Always email us at office@citivibes.com should you have any questions or concerns. You must first email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Any packages that are returned without the RMA# will be refused and send back to customer. Customer will be responsible for all return shipping cost unless the merchandise received is defective. All damages to merchandise during shipping process will be the responsibility of the courier service. If you received items damaged that should be reported immediately to the courier service to be rectify. All items returned must be in a saleable condition and include it's original packaging with all Tags attached. Your invoice number, billing name and address must appear on the Return/Exchange Form.

Sorry Footwear, Underwear and Socks are final sale no exchange unless merchandise received is defective. All refunds are issued in the form of Store Credit we do not refund credit cards.  Any electronic products such as cell phones, DVD, and Mixed CD are Final Sale.

Once we have received your return merchandise and process your return request, we will notify you via email of our decision. A Store Credit Reference Number (SCR#) will be issued which is non transferable and can only be used by you the original purchaser. Your SCR# can be used to purchase any item in our online store. If your merchandise return is for an exchange item that's out of stock then we will issue a SCR#.
